Valorx Wave: Enter the Matrix
Wave (for the browser) has seen incremental improvements, including a 50% performance boost across all operations. Role-based access was introduced alongside the concept of a global grid, enhancing data management and usability.
Most importantly, we released new Matrix reporting, a dynamic multi-measure view which allows users to handle higher data volumes and complexity, making it particularly well-suited for manufacturing forecasting.
Get Wave FreeWave Embedded launched earlier this year and enables users to leverage the powerful capabilities of Valorx Wave directly within Salesforce (instead of a separate browser tab). Since its initial release, Row Actions have been added, allowing users to design custom buttons with support for Flows, LWC, and Aura, significantly expanding its functionality and integration capabilities.
Try Wave EmbeddedValorx Fusion: All Aboard Express
The biggest addition to the Fusion experience is Express Mode, launched just ahead of Dreamforce 2024.
Express Mode allows users to jump right into a Fusion experience with little to no setup to start managing live Salesforce data via a connected Excel spreadsheet or Google Sheet.
Fusion is a powerful, sophisticated tool for complex business processes (or complex spreadsheets). Its configuration generally requires support from our Professional Services team for organizations without the in-house technical expertise or the time. Fusion Express does not require the same level of technical know-how and resources to configure, empowering Fusion users with a high degree of self-service that includes many of Fusion’s powerful data management capabilities.

Get Fusion ExpressA Big Growth Year
A major growth milestone for us has been reaching +30K users globally, serving +30 Fortune 500 companies, and being trusted by reputable brands like NVIDIA, Adobe, BP, Western Digital, STMicroelectronics, Synopsys, Siemens and many others.
Each year, more enterprises turn to Valorx solutions to improve their Salesforce experience, streamlining workflows and driving adoption.
We’ve expanded our partner network, teaming up with recognized industry leaders to support Salesforce implementation and adoption, including Slalom, Cognizant, and Gerent.
The Valorx team has also expanded. This year we grew by over 60%, adding new members to our offices across the US, Canada, India, Malaysia, and Ukraine.
It’s only with an increasing pool of talent, experience, and skill, that we can continue to build solutions and experiences for our increasing number of customers, supporting their goals and productivity.
Industry Insights: CPQ Optimization Guide
In the first half of 2024, we published The Complete Guide to Optimizing Salesforce CPQ. In this guide, we cover the state of CPQ and its benefits, the many challenges with adoption for enterprises, and how to optimize it to position your teams for success. It includes two customer stories that demonstrate how global organizations are solving their CPQ obstacles with the right tools.

Salesforce CPQ Fireside Chat with NVIDIA and Salesforce
In May, we hosted a fireside chat on maximizing the value of Salesforce CPQ for businesses. The speaker panel consisted of Brion Schweers (SVP, Revenue Cloud - Salesforce), Gagandeep Brar (Senior Manager, Sales Operations - NVIDIA), Alex Bell (Chief Strategy Officer - Uptima), and Jerret Kasper (Co-Founder & Head of Revenue, Valorx).
The discussion focused on the importance of centralized data, user-friendly interfaces, and cross-functional alignment, when it came to optimizing CPQ systems. Brar highlighted how NVIDIA had a significant need to scale, implemented Salesforce CPQ, and was able to streamline workflows and secure user adoption via a critical integration with Valorx Fusion. The conversation also touched on the emergence of AI-driven capabilities, the importance of reliable and accurate data to leverage those AI systems meaningfully, and creating unified user experiences for managing data.

Watch Forecasting FiresideDreamforce 2024 (Good Vibes Only)
In our third year attending Dreamforce, we made quite the splash.
We came ready to share the latest updates to both Wave and Fusion, spoke alongside Frank Borovsky at the Manufacturing Session, and made it to Salesforce Ben’s Top 5 Dreamforce Booths.
Our beach-themed booth drew quite a crowd, complete with ocean waves and sandcastles; beach balls and a branded surfboard; design easter eggs for everyone; and Valorx team members sporting branded, button-up Hawaiian shirts.
We also hosted an executive retreat at Mariposas (around the corner).
New York City World Tour
Early 2024, Valorx visited the Big Apple for the New York City World Tour. We had hundreds of great conversations with Salesforce users and a blast showing off both Fusion and Wave at the booth.
2025 and Beyond
Looking to next year, we will focus on further improving the data management experiences for all Salesforce users. Specifically, we want to streamline collaboration and empower users to standardize high-value processes resulting from the use of Fusion and Wave - in other words, the ability to create, store, and share templates across the organization.
In parallel, we will deepen Fusion and Wave integrations with Manufacturing Cloud and Revenue Cloud, powering productivity across the revenue lifecycle for Salesforce users. Whatever your industry, whatever your team, Valorx products will continue to improve your Salesforce user experience and help you get the most value out of your CRM.
To do this work as effectively as possible, we’ll continue to grow the team. Check out our current open opportunities here.
We look forward to the growth leaps and bounds in store for us in 2025.
